Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment
   1. By enroling in any of Duforest AI’s courses, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   2. Enrolment may be by email or in writing to Duforest AI at the Company Address.
2. Payment
   1. Duforest AI will send you an invoice at the time of booking, and payment is due 10 business days before the course presentation.
   2. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method agreed upon by Duforest AI.
3. Cancellation
   1. If you need to cancel your course reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
   2. Cancellation may be by email or in writing to Duforest AI at the Company Address.
      1. If you cancel with more than 10 business days notice before the course begins, you will receive a full refund.
      2. If you cancel with less than 10 business days notice, you will be liable to pay the full course fee.
4. Course Delivery
   1. Duforest AI will make every effort to deliver the course on the dates and times advertised. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course, and we will inform you as soon as possible if this becomes necessary.
   2. Public sessions with four or fewer delegates attending may be rescheduled, but Duforest AI is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused to the client.
5. Course Materials
   1. All course materials provided by Duforest AI are protected by copyright law and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission from Duforest AI.
6. Liability
   1. Duforest AI takes all reasonable care in delivering our courses, but we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the course.
7. Privacy
   1. Duforest AI takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information for the purposes of delivering the course and communicating with you about our services.
8. Governing Law
   1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Guernsey, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Guernsey law.
9. Intellectual Property
   1. Duforest AI retains all intellectual property rights in any course materials provided to you during the course, and you agree not to use, copy or reproduce any such materials without Duforest AI’s prior written consent.
10. Non-Solicitation
    1. You agree that during the course and for a period of six months afterwards, you will not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any of Duforest AI’s clients or employees for any reason.
11. Definition of Business Day
    1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a business day is any day (other than a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday) when banks in Guernsey are open for business.
